Community Rules

These rules apply to everyone — artists and fans alike. They keep Gs Challenge fair, safe, and rewarding for the whole community.

Accounts & eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use Gs Challenge.
  • Use your real legal name for wallet payouts. Your nickname is public; your legal name is private and locked.
  • One account per person. Sharing or selling accounts is not allowed.
  • Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • Do not create multiple accounts to farm challenge payouts, referral rewards, or gifts.

Challenges & submissions

  • Only submit your own original performances. Do not upload someone else’s video.
  • Submissions must follow the challenge instructions and use the provided song or sound.
  • Artists review submissions and approve payouts. Decisions are final.
  • A challenge closes automatically once its full budget is claimed.
  • Do not attempt to submit multiple entries to claim more than your share of a budget.
  • Face verification is used to detect duplicate accounts. Submitting from a duplicate account may result in a penalty.

Live streaming

  • Keep streams respectful. No nudity, violence, harassment, or hate speech.
  • Battles require 500 followers. Solo streams require 50 followers.
  • Co-hosts and guests must consent before joining a stream.
  • Do not stream copyrighted content you do not have the rights to.
  • Recording or redistributing another person’s stream without consent is prohibited.
  • Keep your face visible during streams. Extended periods with the camera off or face hidden may result in a flag.

Gifts & payments

  • Gifts are paid in real money and are non-refundable once sent.
  • A platform fee is deducted from each gift before it reaches the streamer.
  • Do not use gifts to launder money or move funds between accounts artificially.
  • Do not pressure or coerce other users into sending gifts.

Wallet & withdrawals

  • Withdrawals require a verified legal name and a valid PayPal or Stripe account.
  • Payouts are reviewed and processed by admins. Fraudulent requests are rejected.
  • Do not create multiple accounts to farm challenge payouts or referral rewards.
  • Your withdrawal level determines your minimum withdrawal amount and free withdrawal count.
  • Attempting to withdraw earnings obtained through fraud or exploitation will result in account suspension.

Community & enforcement

  • Respect everyone. No bullying, threats, doxxing, or targeted harassment.
  • No spam, scams, or misleading content in feed posts, reels, or chat.
  • Report rule-breaking content. Admins may remove content, reverse payouts, or suspend accounts.
  • Trying to exploit bugs or bypass limits may result in a permanent ban.
  • Hate speech, discrimination, and content that sexualizes minors will result in immediate permanent ban and may be reported to authorities.

Enforcement & Penalties

When a rule is broken, our admin team reviews the situation and takes appropriate action. Enforcement actions range from content removal to permanent account suspension, depending on the severity and frequency of the violation.

Some violations carry specific penalties. For example, if face verification detects that a submission comes from a duplicate account, a penalty equal to 60% of the challenge payout may be charged to the user's wallet. If a streamer goes live for too short a period, or if their camera is off or face is hidden during a stream, they may receive a flag that affects their standing on the platform.

Bypass credits are available for certain violation types. These credits can be purchased or granted by an admin, and they absorb one specific violation each. For example, a "duplicate_face" bypass credit absorbs one duplicate face penalty. Bypass credits do not excuse repeated or willful violations — they are designed for honest mistakes and one-time issues.

Account bans can be permanent or temporary. Temporary bans have an expiration time, after which the account is automatically reactivated. Permanent bans are reserved for severe violations such as fraud, harassment, or illegal content.

Reporting Violations

If you see content that breaks these rules — a spam post, an abusive comment, a fraudulent submission, or a stream that violates our guidelines — please report it. Reporting helps us keep the community safe and ensures that rewards go to legitimate participants.

You can report reels, posts, live streams, and chat messages directly from the content itself. Our admin team reviews every report and takes action when warranted. You will not be penalized for reporting in good faith, even if the report turns out to be unfounded.

For urgent safety concerns — such as threats of violence, self-harm, or child safety issues — contact our support team immediately through the Contact page. These reports are prioritized and handled with the utmost seriousness.

Appeals

If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error — a submission was wrongly rejected, a payout was unfairly reversed, or your account was suspended by mistake — you can appeal through the Contact page. Provide as much detail as possible, including the content in question and why you believe the action was incorrect.

Our team reviews every appeal. If the action was taken in error, we will reverse it and restore any affected content or earnings. If the action was correct, the decision stands. Repeated frivolous appeals may result in a temporary suspension of appeal privileges.

Account Suspension & Deletion

Accounts that repeatedly violate these rules may be suspended. A suspended account is hidden from the community — your profile, reels, and submissions are not visible, and you cannot participate in challenges or go live. Suspensions can be temporary (with an expiration time) or permanent.

You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. When you delete your account, your profile, reels, and submissions are removed, and your wallet balance is forfeited. If you have a pending withdrawal, it will be processed before the account is fully deleted.

If your account is temporarily banned, you can wait for the ban to expire (the account is automatically reactivated) or appeal if you believe the ban was issued in error. If your account is permanently banned, you may appeal, but the ban will not be lifted unless the appeal is successful.

Updates to These Rules

These rules may be updated from time to time as the platform evolves and new situations arise. When we make significant changes, we will notify the community through in-app announcements. Continued use of the platform after a rule update constitutes acceptance of the updated rules.

If you have questions about any of these rules or how they apply to a specific situation, please reach out through the Contact page. We are happy to clarify — it is better to ask first than to risk a violation.
