Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. Users between 13 and 18 must have parental or guardian permission. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements and that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Account Registration

To access most features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and for all activity under your account. You may not share your account credentials or transfer your account to another person. Creating multiple accounts to manipulate challenges, payouts, or leaderboards is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.

3. User Content

You are solely responsible for the content you upload, including videos, images, audio, text, and live streams. By uploading content, you represent that you own or have the rights to that content and that it does not violate any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.

You grant Gs Challenge a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute your content on the Platform for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform's features. This license persists for as long as your content remains on the Platform. You may delete your content at any time, which will remove it from public view.

We do not claim ownership of your content. You retain all ownership rights. We simply need the license described above to operate the Platform's features.

4. Challenges and Payouts

Challenges are created by artists who set a total budget and a payout per approved submission. When you submit a video to a challenge, the artist or their review team evaluates it. Approved submissions receive the stated payout, credited to your wallet. Payouts are not guaranteed — approval is at the sole discretion of the challenge creator or their designated reviewers.

Challenge budgets are finite. Once a challenge's budget is exhausted, no further submissions can be approved. Submitting early does not guarantee approval but increases the likelihood that budget remains available. Payouts are subject to the platform's fee structure, which is disclosed transparently before you submit.

You may be required to purchase a level badge or meet other entry requirements to participate in certain challenges. These requirements are displayed on each challenge before you enter. Earnings from challenges may require badge ownership before withdrawals are permitted.

5. Live Streaming

Live streaming is available to users who meet follower thresholds: at least 50 followers for solo streaming and 500 followers for head-to-head battles. These thresholds exist to ensure streamers have an audience and to maintain stream quality.

During live streams, the Platform monitors for face visibility to prevent impersonation and ensure authenticity. If your face is not visible, you may receive violations. Repeated violations can result in the stream being ended and, in the context of challenges or missions, the associated reward being forfeited.

You are responsible for everything that happens during your live stream. Do not stream content that violates these Terms, including copyrighted music you do not have rights to, illegal activity, or content that harms others.

6. Virtual Gifts and Payments

Viewers can send virtual gifts during live streams. Each gift has a real monetary value. When a gift is sent, the funds are charged to the sender's wallet and the majority is credited to the streamer's wallet. A platform fee and, where applicable, an owner fee are deducted from each gift. These fees are disclosed transparently.

Wallet balances can be withdrawn to supported payout methods (Stripe, CashApp, or other methods the Platform supports). Withdrawals require a verified legal name and may be subject to minimum thresholds, fees, and processing times. The Platform is not a bank and wallet balances are not insured deposits.

All payments on the Platform are processed through third-party payment processors (Stripe, Base44 Payments). By making a payment, you agree to the terms of the applicable processor. Disputes about payments should be directed to the processor first, then to us through the Contact page.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening, or sexually explicit.
• Use copyrighted music or content without the rights to do so.
• Create multiple accounts to manipulate payouts, leaderboards, or challenge results.
• Impersonate another person or falsely claim someone else's content as your own.
• Spam, scam, or deceive other users, including fraudulent gift or payment schemes.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Platform or its infrastructure.
• Use bots, automation, or scripts to artificially inflate views, likes, or engagement.
• Stream content that violates the rights of any third party, including privacy and publicity rights.

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination, at our discretion.

8. Content Moderation

We moderate content to keep the community safe and trustworthy. Submissions to challenges are reviewed before payouts are released. Live streams are monitored for face visibility and policy compliance. We may remove content, end streams, or take action against accounts that violate these Terms. We reserve the right to take action without prior notice when we believe a violation has occurred.

9. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, features, logos, and software, is owned by Gs Challenge and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Platform without our written permission.

User content remains the property of the users who created it, subject to the license granted to us in Section 3. Music tracks in our licensed library are either public domain, Creative Commons, or properly licensed by the platform. Challenge tracks are provided by the artists who own or have rights to them.

10. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not guarantee that challenge payouts, gifts, or withdrawals will be processed without delay. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gs Challenge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the preceding twelve months, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

12. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the Platform's settings. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your content may be removed and any pending payouts or wallet balances may be forfeited if the termination was due to a violation.

Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will remain in effect after your account is closed.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Gs Challenge operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if not resolved, through binding arbitration.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or by email. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
